Headed to go gather and doctor cattle at the Pike Davis Ranch
This is a heifer who lost her calf on her first time calving. She is unable to get up, so we are looking after her for a while. She is off one of the ranches my dad takes care of, and since he is out-of-state right now for work, we are tending to the cattle. Unfortunately she was bred by a bull she wasn't supposed to be bred by, and the calf was too big for her to have. Quinn and I had to do a little engineering to get her loaded in the trailer and then unloaded back at the pens so we could keep an eye on her and feed and doctor her better.
