The boys

These are two new additions to the ranch. They are both yearlings that will be ready to start this coming spring along with Cocoa, Baw-poo's yearling filly. Looks like we are going to be very busy this next year. We are really excited!
This is Baw-poo's buckskin 'Biscuit'. He is toying with the idea of leaving him a stud. I have to agree that he would make pretty babies.
.
This is a recent purchase Quinn and I made. He is a blue roan yearling gelding. We are still trying to think of a good name for him.

Family, food, and dancing!

We were able to attend a wedding reception of an old friend last week, and we had a blast. The food was great, we got to see lots of old friends, and the music and dancing was tons of fun.

The kids had so much fun dancing, they stayed out on the dance floor the entire night.
Cade showing us some fancy footwork.
We even got to dance a little.

Family get-together

We had a small gathering at Granny's because my cousin Tanya was in town from Utah. It was really good to see her and her little family. We had lots fun laughing about old times.

The three of us had lots of adventures growing up together, and many many good times.
We walked down to the creek to see one of our favorite old swimming holes.

4th of July

We had such a fun 4th of July! We went to the parade in Johnson City, and then to the firework show. It was a nice evening and we are so grateful for the opportunity we have to live in this wonderful country. We are proud to be Americans and deeply indebted to all those who sacrificed to make that possible.

Eclipse premier

For Jenn's birthday, I bought her and I tickets for the premier of Eclipse. I have never camped out hours before a movie started to save seats before, but there I was. I have to admit I felt a little silly, but it was a good movie and we had tons of fun.
Sherry and Lexy were at the same viewing, but a couple theatres down.
We even got to meet the cast members;)

Happy Father's day to all the dads in our lives, we hope you have a great father's day and hope you know how much you are loved and appreciated! We love you Quinn, Glen, DeLoy, Grandpa Romrell, Grandpa Taylor, and Grandpa Bateman!!!!!!! Thanks for everything.
