A Princess birthday party

My cute little boy???

We celebrated Emily's birthday with a party fit for a princess. Emily was suprised to find a beautiful princess gown when she awoke this morning to wear to her party, and all of her guests were asked to also wear their finest princess costumes. The girls had so much fun getting to be princesses for a day.

It only took Emily one try to blow out all her candles, hope she wished for her ittle pink pooter (little pink computer)!

Grandparents Tea

Every year the LBJ elementary school hosts a "Grandparents tea" for all the elementary student's grandparents. Gavin is always so excited to have his Bopoo come up and eat treats with him. I think Bopoo kinda likes it too!

This is Gavin's teacher this year, he really likes her and tells me she is the best teacher ever!

The Bee Cave water feature

Tuesday, Tracy and I took the kids over to Bee Cave and let them play in the "water feature" fully clothed. They had a blast and we had so much fun watching them try to keep their pants up and their feet under them.

This is Emily and Ashley......they have become really good friends since she moved here a couple months ago.

Navasota Rodeo

This was just after Gavin rode his sheep....he rode for 8 seconds, but his sheep just ran and so he didn't score very high. He was really disappointed because this was his last time to ride sheep.

Cade had fun watching all the bucking horses, but he still managed to find a rope to swing.

When we first got the rodeo, we saw Gavin riding this mechanical bull....it was amazing how good he could ride it.

He looks like a pro!
